    Normal Anatomy

    The scrotum holds the testis (= testicle), epididymis and the funiculus spermaticus (= spermatic cord). The epididymis can be subdivided into the caput, corpus and cauda (fig. 6). At the bottom of the testicle, the epididymal cauda changes into the ductus deferens.
