Learn more about the role of the interventional radiologist concerning patients with acute and chronic vascular pathology.
Vascular interventions can roughly be subdivided into interventions to improve blood flow (in case of stenosis/occlusion) and interventions to reduce blood flow (embolization). For both groups a number of interventions will be described.
This module consists of the components indication/technique, normal anatomy, checklist and pathology.
